The Bio-Life "Wet/Dry" Filtration System offers a complete filtration system incorporating a pump and heater for a small or medium aquarium in a single compact unit. When a larger aquarium is to be used, two Bio-Life units can be installed, offering the same convenience and efficiency. The Internal design is easy to install and maintain, offering powerful combined mechanical and biological filtration. Water is first purified mechanically of particulate and liquified wastes then dropped through a "dry" chamber to be toxified of nitrogenous wastes such as ammonia and nitrite.
