Elite Air Pump Manual Diaphragm Change The basic methodology for part replacement is identical on all ELITE models. Separate diaphragm (12) from valve body (6) Pull swing arm (14) up and away from swing arm hinge plug (15) Unscrew diaphragm bolt (13) and replace diaphragm (12) Centre slot in swing arm (14) allow proper placement of diaphragm (12) to ensure there is no contact between coil (4) and swing arm(14) Valve Replacement 2 valve flappers (11) one on each side of valve body (6) should be changed for each air outlet (2) outlets on ELITE 802) remove valve body screw (7) and pull valve body from air outlet guide (9) and valve body gasket (8) replace rubber valve holder plug (10) over each valve flapper (11), replace flapper (11) and holder 10) replace valve body gasket (8), position in air outlet guide (9) and replace valve body screw (7) NOTE: although there is no required orientation of the gasket, it is advised to turn it over before replacement.
