The basic methodology for part replacement is identical on all ELITE models.
The ELITE 802 air pump has two outlets,
so the following replacement procedures must be carried out on
both air drives, as required.
- Remove bottom screws (3)
- Separate top housing from bottom
rubber plate (1 and 2)
Re-assembly
- replace diaphragm (12) over valve body (6), ensure even fit all around
- close pump housing (1 and 2)
- screw five bottom screws (3) into housing
