Elite Air Pumps are guaranteed against defects in material of workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase under normal aquarium usage. Pump will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's discretion, free of charge. This warranty does not apply to any pump which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or tampering. No liability is assumed with respect to loss or damaged livestock or personal property irrespective of the cause thereof.
