1. Changing the casing block
- Invert the pump and remove corner screws (Fig. A).
- Insert screw driver between exhaust outlet and upper housing and pry open gently (Fig. B).
- Remove the assembly screws on the left and right of the diaphragm casing.
Remove the diaphragm casing from diaphragm frame and disconnect L-tube.b
Replace with new casing block.
- Put back in place, ensure all screws are tight.
