"THE PUMP" is guaranteed against defective material and workmanship for a period of one year, from date of purchase. Should the pump develop a defect within this warranty period, the unit will be repaired, or - at our option - replaced free of charge. Return unit with proof of purchase to nearest repair depot. This warranty does not include responsibility for any animate or inanimate matter contained in affected aquarium(s) and is limited solely to the unit itself. This warranty is void if "THE PUMP" has been improperly used, mishandled or modified.
