Chow Chow
Chow Chows may have smooth or rough hair. The outer coat is usually straight while the undercoat is soft and wooly. Chows should be brushed using a slicker brush, steel pin brush and a grooming comb. The coarse-haired Chow should be brushed weekly while the smooth-haired Chow should be brushed two to three times a week.
